A few days ago @atlefren recited an event(Norwegian) answered by the Trondheim police:
A man around 60 years of age hit a 22 year old person on a bike with a scooter. After the impact the elderly man stopped for a little while before he kept driving.
It took me a little while to realize this but obviously the man had to stop to get his hat straight.
We believe that we can safely conclude that old men with hats are generally something to look out for in traffic. Also, you should be particularly careful if they are riding scooters or motorcycles.
In other news I received my prize from this(Norwegian) little competition today: A Spark(Norwegian, but it says that Spark is a course for aspiring cartoonists.) magazine with loads of promising looking cartoons. Including Sivilstatus. Just to make things better the magazine was signed by Storrusten herself with an original drawing of this strip; including a rubberduck. Great stuff! And many thanks @storrusten! :D
